This is a showcase website and does not collect data through forms. We may process:

  • Contact details you provide voluntarily when you reach out by email, phone, WhatsApp or Instagram (e.g. name, contact details and the content of your message);
  • Browsing data automatically collected by the hosting provider (system logs, IP address, browser type) for the operation and technical security of the site.

3. Purposes and legal basis

  • To reply to your requests and manage contacts — legal basis: response to your request / pre-contractual measures (Art. 6.1.b GDPR) or legitimate interest (Art. 6.1.f);
  • To ensure the operation, security and maintenance of the site — legitimate interest (Art. 6.1.f).

5. Services and third parties

  • Google Fonts (Google Ireland Ltd): to display typefaces, your browser connects to Google servers, which may process your IP address. No cookies are installed. Policy: policies.google.com/privacy.
  • Hosting provider (to be specified): processes browsing data as a data processor.
  • Social links (Instagram, WhatsApp): clicking them takes you to third-party platforms with their own privacy policies.

6. Data retention

Contact data is kept for as long as necessary to handle your request and to comply with legal obligations. Browsing logs are kept according to the hosting provider's policies.

7. Your rights

Under Articles 15–22 GDPR you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and data portability, and you may withdraw consent at any time. To exercise your rights, write to [email protected]. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (garanteprivacy.it).
